LMNA is not a stuffy HOA. We don’t regulate your grass or paint colors. We are an organization whose purpose is to build fellowship within the neighborhood. If you live here, you are a member. If you’d like to help us with the costs of things and/or serve on the board, you can be a paid member here.
We have monthly meetings as needed to discuss issues and inform. Learn more here.
We have parties! All kinds – for all family sizes and interests. We sometimes organize a group to participate in an activity or show at Florida Southern College or Polk Museum of Art or Downtown Lakeland. We have porch parties which are just an evening hanging out with your neighbors with food, drink and fellowship.
We try to give back to our neighborhood with lake clean ups and other activities. You can keep up with us is a variety of ways here.
