Historic Home & Garden Tour

2026 21st Annual Historic Home & Garden Tour
Saturday, March 28, 2026 11am-4pm

RAIN OR SHINE! The tour itself will take ~2 hours. It is self-guided, so you can take breaks as needed between 11am and 4pm. It will not take 5 hours to see the houses, but please note that registration closes at 2:30pm.  If you have not come to claim your pre-purchased tickets by that time, you will forfeit the tickets.

REGISTRATION LOCATION: The tour starts at 750 Frank Lloyd Wright Way, Lakeland FL 33801, at Florida Southern College’s Frank Lloyd Wright Sharp Family Tourism and Education Center. Tickets cost $20 per person of any age. Read FAQs about the tour.

Day-of tickets are only available for purchase at registration, not online.  Ticket sales begin at 10:30am until they are gone. To buy tickets in advance, please see the link at the bottom of the page.

All guests must sign a liability waiver. Forms will be available the day of the tour, but you may want to read the waiver language prior to purchasing your ticket. View form here.

This self-guided walking or Courtesy Florida Southern College shuttle bus tour is open to the public and will feature 9 homes and/or gardens and one historic commercial structure in the South and East Lake Morton historic district. Because several homes have porches with stairs, not all tour locations are ADA-accessible.

The tour will begin at 11 am and is accessible by foot or shuttle bus. It will showcase examples of several different architectural styles such as the Federal Colonial Revival style, the English Arts and Crafts Tudor style, the Mediterranean Revival Style, and several Craftsman bungalows. Homeowners and greeters will be on hand at the homes to welcome participants and answer questions.

Buses will shuttle tour guests to predetermined stops along the tour of the homes and gardens. The buses do not stop at each house, but rather near a cluster. Significant walking is still required.

When you see these signs in yards, please note that these ARE NOT the same houses that are featured on the tour. The signs are promotional only: the homes on the tour are never revealed until the day of the tour.
