The LMNA Board of Directors is opposed to the conditional use application for a commercial use for the Deen House located at 417 Frank Lloyd Wright Way. Please see the letter sent to the City of Lakeland’s Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission.

The Planning and Zoning Board postponed their vote until the November 19th meeting. The Historic Preservation Board did not approve the request for the exterior fire escapes or the alley parking spaces at its October 24, 2019 meeting.
