National Night Out, 8/2
Hi Lake Morton neighbors:
Join LMNA for a National Night Out ice cream social and gathering at the Lakeland Library’s stately oak tree on Lake Morton from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2.
It’s a kickoff of sorts for the joint effort between the city of Lakeland and LMNA to hang drip lights from the tree. Provide your feedback on this project.
We’ll have:
- Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips
- Cold drinks
- Ice cream
- Duck feeding food
- Games
- General warm camaraderie and visits from our friends at the city and Lakeland Police Department
We’re particularly eager to see families and children and those who may be new to the neighborhood. If you’re getting this email, and you know someone in the neighborhood who might not be getting our communications, please share with them and personally invite them.
Please use the link below to RSVP for you and/or your family so that we can properly prepare with enough food, beverage, and ice cream. We also would welcome anyone who may be able to help set up and/or break down the event that day.
