Meetings

LMNA is not an HOA. We don’t measure your grass (or weeds) or tell you what color to paint your house. We are a social, community-minded group of neighbors who connect, share information, and care about preserving the historic charm of the Lake Morton area.

LMNA holds quarterly (-ish) meetings at College Heights United Methodist Church (942 South Boulevard), where we collaborate on topics of interest. Guest speakers have covered code enforcement, conditional use concerns, historic preservation, community activities, local issues, and new businesses. Our LPD community officer updates us on any police-related issues; in exchange, we share what we need from the police department.

We also aim to host social gatherings every other month at neighbors’ homes or local businesses. All residents are welcome at all events, and participation is flexible. Interested in hosting a porch/patio/yard party? Email us!
